All of our CNC machinery is manufactured by Amada, the gold standard
in precision sheet metal fabricating equipment. With a strict adherence
to scheduled maintenance, we maintain our quality standards by ensuring
that each machine is rigorously maintained to factory specifications.
Our engineering staff are ready to convert virtually any format of
CAD file into the parts you require quickly and accurately. We prefer
electronic versions of your drawings, but we are also experienced in
converting your paper drawings into the formats required to manufacture
error-free, consistent products.
Primary fabricating capabilities include:
- CNC Punching
- Wet Graining (for brushed cosmetic finishes)
- CNC Forming (to 100 tons)
- Welding (MIG and TIG)
